Our format for 2025 is as follows:  Exhibitions are only on Fridays 4:00PM to 8:00PM and Saturday mornings 9:00AM to 11:00AM. Pole class is Saturday after the Middle Class.  We will start Pole Exhibitions a 1/2 hour after the Middle Class ends followed by the Pole Class.  Saturday Barrel Classes start at Noon and Sunday Barrel classes start at 10:00AM (any of this is subject to change during the season but will be announced prior to any show if any changes are made).

You have two options for show entries - the electronic option noted below or pay cash at the show office.  For either option, you will need to have your entries into the show office by 8:00 PM the evening before.  Those entries received after that time will be add-ons and any entries received at the show window the morning of the show will also be add-ons.  Due to our shows growing in size and our desire to start on time, we need to have as many of our riders pre-entered as possible.  With the addition of the electronic enty option, we think this can be done.  

Friday - Barrel exhibitions start from 4:00 - 8:00PM and will be sold by the following hours:  4-5, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8,  Pole exhibitions will start a 1/2 hour after the Middle Class on Saturday immediately followed by the Pole class.  We only sell 50 tickets per hour - Once they are sold out for that hour, they are done.   Just come to the show office, purchase your tickets and run your exhibitions when you are ready during your chosen time slot.  This is also an excellent time for you to do your entries, unless you will be choosing the electronic option, especially if you are not an early riser!!  All exhibitions are CASH ONLY.

Sunday - Competition Arena will be open from 8:00AM to 9:00 AM for general riding.  We will close and groom the arena and start the show at 10:00 AM.  The Open draw will be posted at 9:30 am.  Any entries at the show window on Sunday morning will automatically be an add-on and we will take add-ons until the first horse runs.  Please help us start our shows on time by meeting these deadlines.

Online Exhibition reservations - cutoff time is 5:00PM Thursday evening (must pick up tickets and pay at show office CASH (no checks or PayPal accepted) - do not PayPal exhibition payments - too small of a charge to have to track).  After that time, you can buy tickets at the show office as well for available time slots (only 50 tickets sold per hour) until they are sold out.  Please be aware that exhibitions are sold on a first come basis.  We will move your request, if we sell out of a particular time slot, to the next available time slot.  If you reserve exhibition tickets and do not come and pick them up, you will not be able to reserve tickets in the future.  Because we have a limited amount, it's unfair to other riders who could have used the exhibitions.
